Recently the 2nd Dominican Republic National Congress of Filmmaking shared a balance about the content that Hispanic speakers in the US prefer to watch.
Specifically this were the conclusions they made:
“Spanish spoken television remains to be one of the most important items on a daily basis in a Hispanic person living in the United States. According to last FOCUS Latino report, titled “The Media Landscape”, 2018. This research was made by top researchers of consumers: Horowitz Research. Six of every ten (62%) Hispanic streamers (those who watch at least one of their TV contents) notice that they are watching more TV content compared to 5 years ago, and 51% of the hispanic communication services notice that they’re watching the same amount or more of TV content in spanish, comparing to 5 years ago.
